  • Recording memorable data
  • i-Support guidance
  • Worklist and Notification Management

What you need to know

When you first log onto JPA you should carry out this task as a priority. Memorable data is used to check your identity when calling the JPAC enquiry centre. Once your memorable data is entered onto the system they will then be able to assist you. In a limited number of cases, they can take action on your behalf.

If you contact the JPAC enquiry centre and have forgotten your memorable data, you will be asked to access JPA and enter or change your memorable data before your enquiry can be handled. In exceptional circumstances for Service Personnel the enquiry centre can change this if required. If you forget either your JPA password or memorable data, you will be asked additional security questions by the agent prior to them resetting your memorable data.

It is important that you do not provide more of your memorable data than requested, if you do, this compromised data will have to be reset.

Memorable data should beat least 8 characters long, with NO spaces. You can select from one of 6 question choices:

  • mother's maiden name
  • first pet's name
  • name of first school attended
  • make and model of first car you owned
  • place you met your spouse/partner
