JPA Support

To view an i-Support Service Request that has been created you will need to:

  • logon to JPA
  • select JPAC iSupport user
  • click iSupport to view the available options
  • click view SRs to view your i-Support Service Requests

A list of all your i-Support Service Requests will appear.

If the Status shows as 'On Going' it means that the query is currently being looked at. If the Status shows as 'Closed' it means that the JPAC Enquiry Centre has answered your query.

Click on a relevant Request Number listed to view all details concerning that specific Service Request. The system will expand that specific Service Request to show all details concerning the query.

Click Cancel when you have finished reading your Service Request.

To create a new Service Request you will need to:

  • logon to JPA
  • click JPAC iSupport User
  • click Create SR

There is also a Create SR link available to you when 'viewing your i-Support Service Requests'.  This can be found on a Create SR ‘tab’ at the top left of the page next to the View SR ‘tab’.

The 'Create Service Request' screen will be displayed.

  • click iSupport Service Request

The 'Create Service Request' screen will display query boxes.

  • enter your Request details by completing the boxes
    • Problem Summary - enter a summary of title about your query (this field must be entered)
    • Detailed Description - enter a detailed description of your query (this field must be entered)
  • click Next
  • enter Problem Details in the displayed fields
  • click Submit to the right of the screen to send your query to the JPAC enquiry centre

After you have sent the query, the JPAC enquiry centre will take appropriate action. You will need to check your Service Requests regularly to follow any further actions on outstanding queries and see the status updates.
