If your promotion is not showing on JPA you need to speak to your HR Unit Admin or Career Manager.
If you have not received a pay increase as a result of your promotion you should raise an iSupport to JPAC Basic Pay for it to be investigated.
The JPAC Enquiry Centre are able to answer queries on the following career information:
- current substantive rank on JPA
- current acting paid or unpaid rank on JPA
- SUPA elements on JPA
- date the promotion was entered on JPA
